Hours & Location

When are you open?

Wednesday through Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM, or until we sell out for the day, whichever comes first. Closed Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday. If you're driving in for something specific, call ahead.

Where are you located?

715 North York St, Muskogee, OK 74403. We're a small bakery storefront on North York St with both a walk-up window and a drive-thru lane.

Do you have a drive-thru?

Yes. Fulton has a drive-thru lane in addition to the walk-up window. Most customers grab a couple of pies from the case and pull through in a few minutes; bigger or custom orders are smoother as a phone-ahead pickup.

Ordering & Pickup

Can I order online?

Yes. Build a pickup pre-order on the menu page. Square card-on-file checkout is being wired in; until that goes live, your pre-order goes straight to the bakery and you pay at the window.

When can I pick up an online pre-order?

Online pre-orders are for a later open day (Wed–Sat), not same-day walk-up. Order Wednesday and you can choose Thursday, Friday, or Saturday pickup; order Thursday for Friday or Saturday; order Friday for Saturday only. Orders placed Sat–Tue target the next Wed–Sat block. Want pies today? Visit during open hours or use the drive-thru.

Do you deliver?

No general delivery. Fulton is pickup-only at the storefront (715 North York St). For big single-drop orders to an office, event, or church (think a 50-pie Friday), call 918-351-PIES to set it up directly with Byron.

Do you ship pies?

Not at this time. Fried pies are best within a few hours of frying, so we keep things local.

Can I order in bulk for an office or event?

Yes. The Office Dozen ($48.45 for 12 pies, the dozen volume rate) is the easiest entry point. For larger events, weddings, or recurring office orders, use the contact form on the home page or call 918-351-PIES. 24+ hours of notice is plenty for most requests.

Can I request a custom flavor?

Custom flavors are available at a dozen-pie minimum (we may move to a two-dozen minimum as volume grows). Vote on the home page for the next monthly drop, and use the contact form for one-off requests like birthdays or weddings. Not every request is doable, but Byron will tell you straight.

Payment & Other

What payment methods do you accept?

Card and cash, both at the window. Card payments run through Square. Online card-on-file checkout is on the way as part of the Square integration.

Are you hiring?

We're a small team and grow slowly. If you'd like to be on the list for openings, send a short note through the contact form on the home page with 'Hiring' in the message.

Sugar-Free, Allergens & Custom Orders

Sugar-Free Options

Lower-sugar sugar-free fillings are available for every fruit fried pie when you pre-order. What's in the case varies day to day, so call ahead and we'll set yours aside, or ask at the window. Talk to your doctor about whether it fits your diet; we don't make medical claims.

Allergens

All pies are made in a shared kitchen with wheat, dairy, and eggs. Tree nuts and peanuts are not in our standard pies, but cross-contact is possible. Ask before ordering if you have a serious allergy.

Custom Orders

Birthdays, office boxes, holidays, weddings: call ahead and we'll plan it. 24-hour notice is plenty for most custom flavors and bulk orders.
